    STR: Preliminary May data for London hotels

    London hotel occupancy dipped 0.6% to 82%, according to preliminary May data from STR. ADR, however rose 1.6% to £147.76 ($188.23), which drove RevPAR up 1% to £121.17 ($154.36).

    STR: Preliminary May data for Sydney hotels

    Preliminary May data from STR shows Sydney hotel occupancy dipped 1.3% to 81.5% for the month, while ADR decreased 3.2% to 207.72 Australian dollars ($144.26) and RevPAR dropped 4.4% to AU$169.23 ($117.53).
